Built On Real Nursing Experience

Hearts RN CE was founded by Jeri Pleticha, RN, a registered nurse licensed since 1998 and an adult educator since 2002.

With nearly three decades of clinical and healthcare education experience, Jeri understands the realities of nursing leadership and frontline care. She spent 28 years serving healthcare communities in Seattle and now provides in-person continuing education throughout North Idaho.

She has trained large interdisciplinary teams, spoken at the Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Conference, and worked closely with healthcare professionals navigating the demands of long-term care compliance.

Most importantly, she understands something many education providers miss:
